Our greenhouses are filled with a wide variety of flowers. We have highly trained growers who are encouraged to continue to increase their skills and knowledge to grow our products. Our growers provide everything the crop requires for optimal growth: misting, shading, lighting, irrigation, and fertilizers. We use biological pest control where possible, since this is less stressful for the crops. This ensures a quality product for you since healthy plants produce good quality.
Our partnerships with reliable local growers allow us to provide a large assortment of potted plants, and an even wider range of cut flowers year round.
We strive to produce larger quantities at times of peak customer demand. Our production is geared to crest for important holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. We also program our production so that we have more spring colors available in the spring and fall colors in the fall. We use HID growing lights to improve production in the winter when flowers are not readily available. Each year we upgrade and replace older varieties to bring in fresh new colors. We work closely with our sales team for selection of different varieties that cater to current trends.
For optimal freshness, our crops are harvested daily. The flowers are sorted, bunched, sleeved, and placed in pails of treated water. The pails of flowers are then placed in a climate-controlled environment to ensure freshness. Exact product rotation in the cooler ensures that you receive only fresh product. All orders are packed right in the cooler, in pails of treated water and delivered in temperature-controlled trucks to your door, ensuring that your flowers are fresh and healthy.
