The 2014-21 accessibility plan outlines the policies and actions that Rosa Flora will put in place to improve opportunities for people with disabilities. The Multi-year Accessibility Plan will be reviewed as needed to reflect Rosa Flora’s accomplishments in improving our services for those with disabilities, and to maintain compliance.

We have put the customer service policies into practice as required by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. Rosa Flora has created and put in place customer service training that complies with the requirements of the Act. This policy is available on our website as well as in all new hire employee orientation handbooks.
Rosa Flora has trained staff who interact with customers on accessible customer service, and has created an ongoing process to train new staff with regards to the customer service standard.
Rosa Flora has reported Rosa Flora’s progress online by filing an accessibility report with the Minister of Community and Social Services.
Rosa Flora is committed to providing our customers with publicly available emergency information in an accessibly way upon request. We will also provide employees with disabilities with individualized emergency response information when necessary.
Rosa Flora will ensure all new website content conforms to WCAG 2.0, Level A by December 31st 2014.
